Summer air with the breeze so nice.
Under my umbrella i watch the shadows it casts
Many people will spent it at the beach
Many others will spend it simply at home
Everyone can't wait to have warm weather
Right under the waves of the sea shows the meaning of summer

Head to the beach!
Eat some sweet treats!
Don't just lay there and watch tv
Go swimming and bust out some dvd's!
Summer summer, yes it's awesome
We never want it to end cause it's so pawsome!!!

Summer, Summer, it's that time of year
Where the sounds of chirps echo in my ear
The sandy beach's waves come crashing down on shore
Flowers bloom, bees buzz, and so much more
Warm weather, pools open, fun galore,
Oh Summer, who could ask for anything more.
With gentle breeze and enjoyment all day,
Grab your friends, neighbors, siblings, and get up and say
Summer is here, Finally, Hooray! Razz

I was attempting to make it rhyme, it turned out better than I thought :3.

Swimming,Ice cream oh what fun!
People are sad the day is done
They wake up in the moring to see
The wonderful fun waiting for them!

Summer

Oh joy! School is out
Listen to all the children shout
What fun it is to be in the summer sun
Fun! Fun! Fun!
Ice Cream, Games, and more
People swimming in the shore
Summer, what an amazing thing.

It's not the best poem I've written but I tried.

Wind blowing through my hair, I bike to the beach.
I breath once again. It's as if I've been holding my breath for a whole year.
One week. Each summer. I come here. To relax, unwind.
I find a quiet spot and sit, watching the waves rush out towards me, then rush back in.
It's calm and peaceful. In the distance I can see kids swimming and playing.
Family picnics, and people biking. It's as if everyone is here to soak up that one week of vacation. That one week of vacation, and when it stops, everyone holds their breath and waits. Waits until the next year, of that same, peaceful, summer vacation.

Summer
[i]I walk along the beach
The wind pulling back my hair
Water pooling round my feet
Happily I wriggle my toes

I sit down in the soft white sand
And let it fall through my hands
I like sunbathing in my bikini
And splashing water at my friend.

I order fish and chips
The sea gulls fly around
I toss the odd chip or two
And they come closer, round and round

At the end of the day the tide comes in
The day is almost over
The sun starts coming down
I feel a little sad
But tomorrow is another day of Summer
