Tips Needed

I need help i want to get an airbrush design on my nails in 4 weeks what should i do to grow them long and my hair i would like to grow longer is there anything i should eat to help??

I don't think there is anything, but let them grow.

If someone tells you put your nail in your mouth, then let your finger hang there, it will make your nails longer, BUT DO NOT DO THAT. It will COMPLETLY mess up your fingers. D:

For your hair, well, I'm growing mine out as well. I cut it a little bit every 3 months, that seems to make it grow faster

Idk if eating anything will help...

And for nails, I honestly don't know, sorry

There isn't anything to make your hair grow. Every month your hair grows 1/2 in.
Try eating oranges, orange juice, or drinking water, but it won't grow much.
Also, get a trim every 8 weeks to get rid of split ends. Split ends cause your hair to stop growing or to make it grow slower. Don't try straightening your hair, some people say it will make your hair longer, but it will damage your hair. Some people say, if you rub your roots in a circular motion for 2-3 mins, it will help, but not as much. {Keep your hair warm also.}
I don't know anything about the nail part though.

My hair grows so long every week o.o lol
So I dunno. o.o
But fro nails all i have to say is not to play with your fingers like bite your nails. Razz

You should listen to the others Razz

EDIT:
I straighten my hair two times a week and it doesnt get damaged. (: Also I think washing it with warm water will make it longer, I do that like Blue said, maybe that's why it's long. :o
