PhotoFiltre Glowing Character Thingy! :P

Yep, I was playing around with photofiltre, I was just making drop-shadow stuff, and I realized you can do a glow, I filled it in with a light blue color, put my character in, put some scanlines. and BAM. New effect.
It looks awesome and cute to me! [=Want one? Pm me your babv character with a solid background, and what color glow you want. [=

That is super cute, blue! Nice job. I would like love one if only I can take pic of my character but I cant so yeah. Still, NICE JOB blue. Btw nice outift. Lol
