LIVE CHAT

Hi everyone!
Okay, so some of you have already spotted on the main title page of BP a little icon that says 'Live Chat'.
Well, this is a new feature on BP.
We are trying it out for the moment, to see what you all think of it.
I know many of you have questions, so I've posted this with a few FAQs on!

What is Live Chat?

Do you have a question that needs to be answered quickly? {About BP, BABV, etc}
Then you can request a chat with a volunteer helper {Most likely to be a members of BP!} to have a quick, easy, and safe private chat with you in this new special section.
When you go on Live Chat, it might say Offline, or Online. If its Offline, you can request a chat with a helper when they are next online, and if they are online, then it will ask you for a username, and an email. This is not because it will send you spam emails if you put your email, its simply because you can do a feature called an 'Email Chat', I believe.
I'm not entirely sure everything about Live Chat, but if you have any further questions, please PM Phillip. He knows a lot more than me about it, believe me. Razz

Especially if you need to contact someone about something, fast.

There are no applications open yet for technician , sorry.

and do we have to give our email? Cause I don't really like sharing my email so yeah.. :D
