Do you have any Holiday treats you want to share to everyone here that are so yumym! we'll you can just post a new topic here!

(example)
Candy cane cake!

ingredents

1 cup sifted cake or pastry flour

1 3/4 cups sugur

12 egg whites , at room temputure

1 tablespoon cream of tartar

1/4 teaspoon slat

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

8 ounces peppermat candy canes

2 cups of whipped cream

preparation

1.Preheat oven to 325*.mix together flour and 3/4 cups of sugar mix,mix again then set aside

2.In a larfe bowl or stading mixer ,beat egg whites until foamy,add cream tarter or salt Beat until soft peaks form Add 3/4 cups of sugar and
the vanilla and almond extracts Continue beating until egg whites are firm not dry

3.sift one-third of the flour mixture onto the egg whites and with a spatula gently mix together and remaing flour into batches turn batter into a 10 inch tube pan
and baked intul brown and firmed touched fir about 50-60 minutes

4.Invert cake (in pan) on a cooling rake for at least an hour when completly cool runa long thick nife between the cake pan to loosen and remover cake

5.Put vandy canes in a large sealable plastic bag crush them into small pieces with a meat punder rolling pin or your hands teh set the candy aside until needed

6.In a larhe bowl beat cream with remaing 1/4 cup of sugur until soft peaks form frost cake with whipped cream using a spatula until it forms swierled peaks
Sprinkle the frosted cake with the crushed candy canes serve right after baked and cooled! :)

(You Should want a parent or grardien with youu to bake this It is hard to make at first but really easy and fun to eat after made me and my family tried this and it turned out yummy!)

I gotta admitt, I would eat it in the summer even tho its meant for Christmas!
