Is the feedback section just for you to give your feedback on the forum or staff members?
Is it ok to ask about a feedback for my contests and if everyone has liked them or had better ideas for them and if it is ok to only do one contest a month if the members will understand?

Well i am pretty sure the Feedback section is on anything you want to give your opinion on if you want to ask it people like you contests (WHICH I DO) you can post a poll in the pawesome poll section

It's anything about the forum (members,layouts,staff e.c.t.).If you want to improve something on the forum then you could also put that in the Feedback section.
