I was wondering, how do you make a picture transparent? Seems a lot easier to work with transparent pics.

Well what do you use?Sumopaint is quite easy to make images trasnparent

I Used sumo paint, and it has a bar where you choose settings for transparency,
Does anyone know the correct settings for a non-cloudy effect?
