help me on graphics?

Hi, I am new here (baby bear lol), and I do not know how to make a graphic. Can you guys make me one or tell me how to make one? I'm confused.

um... you are supposed to use the form if you want a request.... and you usally ask questions like this in the faq's I think?

To make a graphic~ You have do download certain programs such as Photoshop, Paint, net, or Photoflitre, Another way is to just take a picture of your babv character and add words
