Yeah~Im not so sure why this is happening. Maybe one of the admins did it for bad behavior because it was up at 1:00 when I went on???

No one can be banned from chatbox as long as they have the @ symbol next to thier username chatbox seems to be closed when no moderator etc. is online hopefully there will be a annoucement about this :)

hmm..? that's weird it happened to me and i shut down my internet and turned it back on then it worked again

Yes, it was bad behavior that I saw. No admins were around and when I logged in the chatbox, I saw that some people were acting irresponsibly.
