Hey Badge! I've come back again... hehehe 
I decided to use the same form ;)

Size: Any!!
Background: (If you want color,say the color,if a background,put the picture of the background or let me know what style)
Picture of your avatar: (Dancing,or standing e.t.c)
Text& color: Any please!
Message: Test, TestAwesome.. etc
Your BABV Name: TestAwesome
Animated: (Yes/no) Nahhh
Other Things you might want on your request: (Icons,glitter,sparkles e.t.c)
Add anything!
