They Changed

All the screams and shouts and yells
A terrifying story tells
Of betrayal and sorrow
I keep on believing
I'll wake up tomorrow
And all of this hate will be gone
But the morning does come
Yes. I rise with the sun
But the hate goes on and on
We fuel the fire
Day by day
With each piece of kindling, we pay
In a friend that was true
Until, out of the blue,
They changed

Summary:
With all the drama with a capital D going on, I felt the need to write it out.
And I feel slightly better.
But the fire grows still.
