BP chat has not worked in 2 days

I have been waiting to get on chat for 2 days this is what shows up when i press log in
this happens




It goes black i am wondering if it is just a glitch and if so how do i fix it?

Hmm that's weird..
this hasn't happened to me before.
Maybe it has something to do with your computer, like a flash player issue,
but idk.

My flash player is up to date my computer is the same as it was when i was able to go on

Aww.. I am sorry.. I don't get what is wrongmwith it, maybe you need to refresh the computer or the program or delete the cookies on the forum. HOPE THIS HELPS!!! It isn't the same without ya..

I would say clear your cache [adobe cache?] and maybe make sure u arent on too much things ! =)
also there is a link to big chat near the bottom of the forum ;] click the log in thing or whatev the link says and log in.. maybe it will work ;D
sometimes maybe all the moving things in the forum is slowing down the chat for u to log in! sorry hun!

Ok i did everything you all said same thing but it did make my computer faster!

Clear your cache. I had this same issue months ago, and that helped. =)
