An Idea

It's past midnight, so idk if this is good or not


My idea is called "Staff Member of the Month" (or week). Each month, members (not admins, or the other way around) vote for staff members who they think have been kind, helpful, smart, etc. No one is allowed to vote for someone just because they're friends. The chosen person could be awarded any number of bearbucks. There could be other little rules too, like someone can't win twice in a row. When I say staff, I mean all kinds (mods, lead mod, chat mod, helper, gfx assistant, trade inspector). Also there could be staff member of the year, same thing :)

What do ya think?

And it could be for anyone right (in staff, chat mods, graphic artists, etc.), besides admins (who are already awesome enough. haha)?
I love the idea!! It would give the members a really fun thing to do!
