Ways to improve to move Ranks

To move ranks I mean move up a rank say:

From a member to a Mod maybe.

-Be a Good Member of BP & Set an example.
-Don't break any rules have a 100% warning bar
-Help members out alot & als help staff too
- Click the report post with a full explaination ( )

Those are the top three ways you can get promoted..
