Top Officers.

I have recently added a group called 'Top Officers' - this group is for the Officers who think they can handle everything perfectly and can moderate properly.

I may choose you, or you could PM me about why you think you could handle the job easily :)

Once there has been a few Officers picked, I may choose Apprentices to become officers, members to be officers.
