you can upload a photo by using photobucket and creating your own album: http://photobucket.com
you can also use imgur and tinypic. Or you can upload it the same way as Clare did (:

You can save it and do what Clair said. Or you can go on tinypic upload it (Make sure it's saved) And then it will show you a few links. Copy the second one and paste it onto the forum.
