Clubs once again

I was thinking that bp should give clubs another chance because it was deleted of inactivity but bp has 200 + members now so the clubs might be active this time (maybe club leaders could be a hidden rank)

I think it's a great idea to bring them back! I think it will be more sucsessful with the 200+ members (:
