Make sure you are not on a silent den. If you are on a normal den it should be working.
If it doesn't contact them and maybe yeah go ask.. because I know they can't ask for your age but whoever email has your account can change your type of chat.

Hmm. Maybe your on a silent den and are not allowed to talk? It could be anything really. Even if you didn't do something, someone could accidentally have reported you.. I hope you get your chat back :]

look whatcha gotta do
go to : babv>manage account
[PS]test ill put a link so blue can get her chat back
click here
put ur user and pass and go to change chat and then go and click safe open chat
and ta-da :)
