My great auntie is dying

My great auntie got took to hospital this morning,the hospital said they can't do much more for her so she might die sad

Shes really ill,and my nan&grandad are at the hospital..please pray for her!
If you don't pray then please keep her in your thoughtsss :3

i'll keep her in my thoughts my great uncle died about 2, or 3 years ago
just remember there in a better place that we're in, and they have to go up some day...
