MUST READ!!! Rare top comeback!!!!

So, I was basically in the Bearville Outfitters Store just nosing through the clothes until i realised that Bearville has brought back the rare Floral Gem Top from the Bear Boutique back in 2007 or 2008. 
I was thinking that Bearville might be bringing it back out because of the Spring. Then another thought popped into my head that they might be bringing back rare items but could be for sale in the Bearville Outfitters. For example; Maybe old and rare Pawlette Coufur could be in Bearville Outfitters. But that's my opinion.
What do you think what could be happening?
