Well, personally I think it needs checking there are many orders not done and not to be rude but it's annoying.
I've waited at least a week for my Username change and other thing but hu-hum, Theres nothing different to my name. Please can you update it? Or Check it.

It clearly says if it has been a while from your order, you can contact me or an admin.
We all get to it as soon as we can, but sometimes we don't see anything there.
