Moving for Clubs only?

I was thinking, only club co-owners should be able to move topics, and edit peoples posts to help the club leader, like for bri and i, i could edit the posts for people who sign up so it ain't just bri doing all the work and stuff, like jackie can just edit the trading section, but no where else, but i'd be able to do 2 for the jb club and the graphic one, is that good??
